Kimberly Murdoch, H.S.C., N.T.S., D.Ac.
Kimberly is an inspired public speaker and stress management therapist with more than 20 years experience in hospitals, corporations, and educational institutions. As a graduate of programs in Counselling, Natural Therapeutics, Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, she has a unique interdisciplinary background where east meets west. Kimberly has extensive experience in helping people to enhance their resilience and quality of life, and recover from, or cope with, issues such as stress, anxiety, insomnia, substance abuse, chronic pain and illness. Kimberly offers counselling and coaching as a partner in For Health: Wellness Consultants. She is also a Stress Management Therapist at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. |

Marla Warner B.Sc., CWC
Marla holds a B.Sc. in Kinesiology and is certified as a Stress Management Educator and Health Behaviour Coach. Marla brings a wealth of experience as a consultant, trainer, coach, and educator in corporate health and wellness. In addition to her work with innumerable organizations, Marla has extensive experience as a Stress Management Therapist at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. Marla’s certifications in a variety of complementary and adjunctive therapies provide her with a unique background, and effective approach in assisting people with health, wellness, and lifestyle concerns such as stress, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, and balancing personal and professional demands. Marla provides stress management counselling and health behavior coaching in her partnership with For Health: Wellness Consultants. |
