As an experienced business and leadership coach (RCC ™), Positive Psychology coach and Health and Well-being coach, coupled with years of clinical experience as a stress management therapist in addictions and mental health, I offer effective tools and strategies to support you in achieving your goals.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a client-focused, supportive relationship that draws on scientific research from fields such as positive psychology, neurobiology, business, leadership, and more.

Coaching is a creative, dynamic and solution – focused approach that supports you to enhance your performance, to improve the quality of your life, and to thrive. You gain self- confidence, you learn how to leverage your strengths, and to reflect on and learn from past experiences, with a view to moving forward and living a life according to what’s important to you.

My Approach

I bring my background in positive psychology, the science of stress and resilience, mental health, and mindfulness, to support you in reaching your fullest potential and to flourish within the busyness and complexities of life.

You get one-on-one attention and you focus on the issues that really matter to you. Whether you chose to work on a short-term concern or a long-term project, you choose the agenda and what you want to cover.

The coaching relationship is based on collaboration, trust, support and respect. It is through this alliance that you will find the self-awareness, motivation, confidence and competence to move toward your goals. Through my questions, reflections, and at times challenging your beliefs and assumptions, I will guide our process together. You will find healthier perspectives and new choices that support your growth, learning, and overall well-being.

Coaching sessions can take place in person (as appropriate), by telephone or Zoom.

We may speak weekly, bi-weekly or monthly over the course of our process together.

Throughout the coaching relationship I support you to stay motivated and on track so that the new attitudes and behaviours you develop become a sustainable way of life.
